It's Back! Many of you have seen or even own the Yankee 25th World Series Championships pin set shown in the above small inset. This set has been entirely sold out. The same manufacturer and MLB licensee has created a very limited amount of "VIP Silver Editions" of the same set. Due to demand from some "Very Important Persons," a VIP Silver Edition has been created. Many of these sets have been pre-sold to these people and the remaining sets are now available from ClassicPins.com This 8"x10" set is limited to only 1,000 pieces. It was created in silver to commemorate the 25th World Series Championship of 1999. It also features a gray and dark blue matting which symbolizes the Yankees away colors. The silver plate reads "Greatest Team Of The 20th Century - VIP Silver Edition" and is hand numbered up to 1,000. Each pin in the set indicates the year the Yankees won each World Series, who they played, and the amount of games each team won. The pins are placed in the set to form the "NY" logo. The set comes in a cherry wood frame. |
